Summary of Position
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department on all personnel matters.
Education: HS Diploma/GED along with three years experience in the HR field or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with 1-year experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to appropriately collect and file all required documents.

Answers frequently asked questions from employees about standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate HR staff members.

Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

Performs other duties as assigned.
