Job description
The LPN in this setting will administer medications to clients and ensure that they are taken safely and as prescribed. Med-Techs will work in the nurses office for 8 hour shifts. Medications are self administered by clients as LPNs observe the client take the medication to ensure they are not taken inappropriately. LPNs work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. LPNs will monitor clients physical and mental well being in regards to their medication, and report any discoveries the Hospitality House multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:
- A High School diploma, General Equivalency Degree (GED) or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC); and
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Hospitality House is an intensive residential treatment program for substance use disorder licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Supports and Services. We are dedicated to the goal of reducing the negative impacts of addiction through personal growth and change. The program serves men over the age of 18, and is predicated on evidence-based treatment models targeting the chronically relapsing, criminal justice-involved client. We are looking to fill multiple positions, both full-time and part-time: Days, evenings, and weekend shifts. We welcome entry-level candidates with an interest in the addictions field.
Must be currently licensed and registered by the New York State Education Department.'
