Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Daily tasks involve managing of Servers (Virtual and Physical), SAN, Backup storage, Networks (Data and Voice), Telecommunications and Security (Data and Physical)
· Provide input on future technology enhancements to Executives, design projects, perform necessary testing and implement.
· Manage IT assets (Desktops, Laptops, Cell Phones, Servers, Etc)
· Research and recommend IT related equipment or software for entire company.
· Collaborate with IT team on initiatives requiring systems or infrastructure support.
· Provide technical support to the Recovery Staff and Clients by investigating, troubleshooting and assisting in the resolution of computer software, hardware, data, and communication problems.
· Investigate, troubleshoot, and assist with Network, Telecommunication, and System related issues and projects.
· Assist with the creation and maintenance of department and system documented procedures and processes including IT work instructions.

· All duties, responsibilities, and any other tasks assigned by the Chief of Technology Operations, to be completed within the pre-agreed time frame; special tasks may require work hour availability outside of the normal position hours.
· Technology Experience a plus: Windows 10, 11, Server 2019 OS, Microsoft 365 administration; CentOS and RedHat Linux; Office 2019; VMware; Dell Equal Logic; SonicWALL; Dell Networking; Active Directory/Group Policy; SQL Server 2019, Cynet, Veeam

Education:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of computer/network troubleshooting experience
-2 years in a systems/security management role related to the IT field

Monday-Friday
In office presence, NO remote work
