Summary: Develop and retain a database of qualified Asian-gaming guests through targeted sales and marketing efforts; including prospecting, promotions and special events.
Essential Functions:
- Works closely with the Director of Asian Gaming to create and execute specialized programs geared to drive revenue for Asian guests.
- Develops new players, maintains existing players and services all VIP level casino guests.
- Maintains an individual database of qualified players.
- Through telemarketing efforts promotes and cultivates business keeping the Stratosphere top of mind with guests.
- Meets quarterly goals, including those pertaining to revenue, filling special events, and telemarketing efforts.
- Meets and greets guests on the casino floor.
- Proactively responds to targeted guest needs by arranging rooms, dinner reservations, show tickets, and transportation on and or off property.
- Completes administrative duties for department transactions.
- Hosts off-site events and promotional parties to maintain customer loyalty and obtain new business.
- Makes decisions regarding player comps and other incentives within department guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
