As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to provide customer support in a timely and efficient manner
