Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, welding, and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with external contractors when needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance activities and inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels for spare parts and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Uphold high standards of quality workmanship in all maintenance tasks
Experience:
- Proficiency in electrical work, including knowledge of logic controllers
- Experience in residential painting, welding, and using an ohmmeter
- Ability to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Strong command of English language for clear communication
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
