The Corporate Controller role is a key member of our Executive Team, working in a fast-paced environment requiring exceptional business judgement, ability to tend to varying priorities and tactfully communicate with the senior leaders of the organization. The right candidate will have integrity, exercising due care and demonstrating leadership when engaging with various stakeholders and clients.
Duties of the role:

Manage and lead the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of GPF including accounts payable, billing/accounts receivable, cash management, monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, consolidations, etc.

Active participation in influencing business growth, direction, process development, strategic planning, financial forecasting, and acquisition integration as a member of the executive management team

Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly patient volume and finance results to the respective GPF centers.

Coordinate and assist external auditors and service providers with financial statements and other relevant financial information, as needed
- Develop and deliver both budget and proforma projections for all practices, labs, or affiliated entities, as needed

Assist GPF Executive Management team with any diligence on potential new acquisitions, integrations of any new GPF clinics and labs, with respect to vendors, policies and procedures, licensing, and credentialing.

Create and manage financial reporting, review and analyze financial statement variances, providing responses to questions from management and operations personnel throughout the organization.

Required attendance and comfortability presenting at meetings with investors and Board of Directors.

Responsible for periodic reporting of operational results, including business unit KPIs and partnering with our team to drive efficiencies and performance.

This team member must have the ability to develop, build and manage a team in the GPF office, plan and conduct performance appraisals and talent assessments of staff.

Must go into the corporate office (Irvine, CA) or affiliated clinics as needed, 2-3 times per week
