What you get to do:
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of health and welfare, tuition and retirement plans. You will also be responsible to assist in leave of absence processing. You will:

Administer health and welfare plans. Work as a liaison with vendors and Ambassadors. Assist with the communication, file processing and documentation of open enrollment.

Prepare monthly financial and census reports for benefits payments. Audit to ensure volumes and payments are in alignment with current headcount.

Own benefits billing process to bill all Ambassadors who are not paying for benefits through payroll processing.

Respond to benefits questions in the HR mailbox by analyzing and researching questions and working with vendor partners as appropriate to ensure resolution for the Ambassador. Responsible for evaluating if the issue is systemic and working with the Benefits Director to document the resolution and provide communications, as appropriate.

Act as a business partner for HR park leaders and other HR corporate leaders.

Approve tuition reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies.

Assist to administer all leaves of absences for disability claims.

Administer the daily tasks for the 401(k) Plan. Main contact with retirement partner to assist with daily questions and approvals.

Coordinate special events that include on-site vendor participation as needed.

Input data into various systems (i.e. retirement, COBRA, FSA, HRIS).

Understand all company policies and actively participate in training initiatives as needed.

Other job duties and responsibilities may also be assigned by the incumbent’s manager at any time based upon Company need.

What it takes to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited university

Minimum 3 years of overall benefits experience

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Minimum 3 years with HRIS and benefits systems experience
