How You Will Make an Impact
The Customer Experience Specialist is a part of our call center team and will ensure friendly and knowledgeable service support for current and prospective customers.
Essential Responsibilities
-
Ensure our promise to deliver the Unmatched Customer Experience to our customers
-
Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and build report with customer and team members
-
Remain readily available to customers, ask probing questions and develop a genuine understanding of their needs to assist them properly
-
Answer telephones, relays messages, and route calls to appropriate team member
-
Use routing software to schedule start-up and recurring services
-
Maintain accurate records of important customer comments and interactions
-
Make calls to customers to check satisfaction
-
Answer basic questions from customers and potential new customers about company services
-
Develops standard customer proposals and close a sale over the phone and/or pass the sale to the appropriate salesperson

Sell company services to in-bound callers when needed
-
Make calls to customers to collect past due amounts
-
Manage the on-hold customers as directed
-
Processing payments
-
Post production of services to customer accounts
-
Prepare customer mailings and perform other administrative tasks
-
Work as a team player to help others complete tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma
-
1- 2 years’ experience in fast-paced customer service; call center experience is a plus

Ability to maintain positive demeanor at all times
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and has basic computer skills
-
Ability to prioritize and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
-
Flexible to multitask and to work overtime during peak season (March to May)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
