MISSION
Our Business Process Engineer will be responsible to continuously evaluate Safety, Customer Satisfaction (internal and external) and Efficiency of current Processes; they will promote Lean Concepts through our Organization and region (3 locations).
- Facilitates Kaizen Events and Other Organizational Transformation Tool.
- Industrial Engineer with focus on Continuous Improvement
- Able to travel to United States and abroad ( in average 25% travel time )
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Certification desirable
- Project Management Skills and Certification desirable
- Experience with Automation desirable
- Participates on New Processes Design to ensure Lean Principles are implemented.
- Assesses Excellence Status (KPIs & Audits) and proposes improvements
- Provides Training and Advice on Lean Concept Tools
- Interface between Manufacturing Process and Partners (Maintenance, suppliers, consulting etc) to design methods and equipment improving Safety, Quality and Efficiency
- Liaison between NA and Global Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Document Process Flows and Value Stream Maps
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Manufacturing/Production).
- 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing process and continuous improvement.
- Lean Concepts Training a must (Green or Black Belt Certification a plus ).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
