Overview:
CMS Communications of Chesterfield, Mo is looking for new Inside Sales Representatives, specifically in Cloud Technology Sales.
We are a nationwide leader in our industry and some of our clients include: Panera Bread Company, St Louis University, Macy’s Department Stores, Coca Cola, and more. We supply our customers with Telecom hardware, Networking hardware, UCaaS / CCaaS Phone systems, Software & support services.
Our account managers network with major corporations across the country to assess their needs and provide solutions for upcoming projects. You will build long term relationships with customers and work to become their go to person when they have technology needs.
We offer health insurance, dental, vision plan, and 401K plan. Many of our employees have been with CMS for 10, 15, and even over 20 years. This is a place to stay. First year sales representatives get a base salary and no cap commission. Typical first year income is $50,000. Successful sales reps can make $100K plus after several years of building their customer base.
Prior sales experience is desired but not necessary. These requirements must be met in order to be eligible for employment:

Work Remotely
This position is for a Cloud Sales Representative. You will be trained in our products and processes, will network & prospect for leads (as well as receiving passed leads) and will cultivate relationships. We expect this representative to have a high level of product knowledge (which we will provide training for) & be solution oriented. You will be working with clients via Virtual conference calls & occasionally On-site. Additional opportunity to travel for conferences & trade shows a few times a year as well. Your day to day will consist of the following:
- LinkedIn & social networking
- Training courses, webinars & research to keep a pulse on the industry
- Virtual meetings with clients for discovery & assessments of needs
- Demonstrating the capabilities of these technology platforms
- Strategy calls with partners & new providers
- Filling out qualification reports & updating our CRM for next stage opportunities.
- Contract negotiation
- Advisory role
