Tilia is hiring Line Cooks!
We are looking for passionate, talented cooks to join our small team at Tilia.
We are looking for like minded folks who value, creativity, hospitality, community, and accountability.
Currently, Tilia is open Wed-Sun for dinner service and Sat-Sun for brunch service. We are hoping to expand our hours by expanding our tight-knit team.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen
- Desire and drive to continue to learn and grow as a cook
- Good knife skills, with the willingness to continue challenging their technique
- People that value working clean and will help inspire others to do so
- Ability to stay calm and focused, maintain consistency and great quality at all times
- Attention to personal hygiene and cleanliness
- People with passion, kindness, and integrity that are willing to hold each other to high standards with support and empathy
- PM and weekend availability (required)
