We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at Fort Thompson Sporting Goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. Job Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter and provide assistance with their purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Assist customers with technical inquiries or issues over the phone and in person
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to engage customers and provide outstanding service
- Basic experience in the usage of computers is needed to operate the registers
