Summary:
This role is integral to our commitment to fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. The Specialist is responsible for delivering high impact training sessions, including CPR and NCI classes, and creating content that meets the evolving needs of our organization. Emphasis is placed on accessibility and the use of ASL to ensure all employees have equal opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging new employee orientations and professional development classes, incorporating ASL and accessibility resources to accommodate all learners.

Design and implement innovative LMS content tailored to specific role requirements, utilizing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Assume responsibility for the full training cycle of CPR and NCI programs, from online component facilitation to in-person instruction, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training and Development, or a related field preferred.

At least two years of training experience required.
Solid background in training and professional development, with specific skills in instructional design and online learning platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with proficiency in ASL, are highly desirable to support a diverse learning environment.
