The Inside Sales Representative for Apex Service Partners is primarily responsible for ensuring an optimal customer service experience and driving sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in customer service, and a fast-paced sales driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue and optimize the customer service experience from our call center
- Understand and professionally communicate the services of the HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical departments
- Provide effective customer service and utilize sales negotiation tactics to close deals.
- Pull service tickets from prior day and calls ran after closing to update the days plan.
- Partner with comfort consultants on their sales leads follow-up status
- Ability to own and manage your book of businesses
- Follow up with current customer leads
- Review existing calls that need attention from prior day
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Inside Sales Experience
- Proven experience in Call Center/ Customer Service
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $45,000-$65,000 annually, but individual performance can move the top of the range into six figures. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
