We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Assistant in the Alameda, CA area. This is a long-term, full-time position. This position is Onsite and is Mon-Friday.
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with monthly/quarterly closings
- Prepare financial reports
- Maintain records in accounting software
- Handle filing and data entry
- Provide administrative support
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and excellent math skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- High school diploma required
