We are looking for an experienced and professional Service & Installation Manager to join the GreenSource team. While this position will work alongside the GreenSource Fabrication team located in Charlestown, New Hampshire, the successful candidate will report into GreenSource Engineering management located in Poland. GreenSource Engineering_ is a market leader in providing PCB & IC Substrate equipment solutions._The Service & Installation Manager plays a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of our equipment installation and service projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects, as well as providing ongoing support to our customers. The person is a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Duties & Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage equipment installation and/or service projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Availability to travel and be at customer sites in preparation and during the installation and services.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise.
- Deliver hands-on customer support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure clients are fully satisfied with our products and services.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our products and processes.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (>5 years) in project management, specifically in equipment installation and customer support.
- Strong technical understanding of printed circuit board fabrication equipment, such as wet chemical lines and automation or related technology and installation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not required.
