Senior Client Services Associate
Overview:
Helmstar Wealth Management is a boutique wealth management firm based in Boise, ID that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Client Services Associate. We serve high net worth families and take pride in providing an excellent client experience where each team member plays an important role. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, proactive service to clients, which includes resolving basic client questions, processing transactions, and responding to ad hoc requests.
- Assist with paperwork preparation, meeting preparation, client service requests, and other administrative duties.
- Utilize CRM as a method of maintaining client information, tracking meetings and activities, and documenting notes.
- Provide support to the Client Services team with answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Participate in the continual refinement and implementation of firm processes and systems.
- Help team members with projects throughout the year as needed.
- Support company growth and development by leading and managing projects crucial to the success of the client services and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
- High level of competency in computer skills (including Microsoft Office products); ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology/software.
- Experience working in a professional office environment; 10+ years of experience working closely with clients strongly preferred.
- A professional appearance and background check are required of the successful candidate.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required).
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred).
- Customer Service: 10 years (Preferred).
