This Role:
- Take initiative and ownership of delegated responsibilities
- Find and solicit prospective Facilities vendors and suppliers through online research, sourcing, emails, network connecting, and communication through outbound telephone calls.
- Able to pivot in different roles quickly
- Contributes to team goals and vision
- Coordinate with Facilities team to prioritize need for vendors in specific locations and specific clients.
- Role requires daily interaction, communication, and coordination between multiple departments.
- Supervise the execution of preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services
- Communicate proactively with vendors and stakeholders
- Proactively source and vet contractors to complete work orders
- On a rotating schedule, be on-call for work orders
- Document notes and data into Protech’s software
- Schedule work orders to the appropriate contractor
- Able to input proposals, invoices and documents
- Supervise and guide contractors and stakeholders to the best resolution on every work order
- A “customer service culture” where your communication and interaction uses a positive tone, forming connections, building comfortable and positive relationships with vendors.
- Travel up to 20% as needed
Desired Background:
- Proven record of working as a team
- Sales experience

- Capable of formatting excel spreadsheets
- SalesForce experience
- Proven record of driving team goals
- Creative problem solving
- Knowledge of maintenance trades a plus but not a requirement
- Project management experience
- Spanish fluency a plus

Pay: $45,800.00 - $57,200.00 per year
