Kinloch Equipment & Supply is looking for a PSSR to service our San Antonio and surrounding areas. As a PSSR (Parts, Service Sales Rep) at Kinloch Equipment, you will be our voice in the field for our parts and service department. You must be ambitious and outgoing, with a passion for calling on customers, building long term relationships to help promote our products and services.
Base pay is $50,000 plus sales commission. Commission package has no ceiling.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing accounts, dormant or non-customer accounts, including competitor accounts
- Work with our vendors and suppliers to help promote products and services
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Continuous training on products to keep up with innovations and advancement in product development
- Utilize Sales Force.com and other CRM Tools to develop pipeline of opportunities
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Job Requirements:
- 2 yrs customer sales experience with outside sales experience a plus
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of heavy equipment a plus
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
