Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager based in the United States with expertise in client relationship management, project management, and paid advertising.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and project management, preferably in an agency setting that serves diverse client portfolios. Must have proven experience in communicating both strategic and channel performance for paid advertising campaigns (specifically with Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Yelp Ads) This key role will require leadership skills as a liaison between the US clients and the offshore execution team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtually meet with our clients as a representative of our company.
- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple advertising-centric client accounts, fostering and nurturing client relationships.
- Provide expert guidance on paid advertising strategies & performance.
- Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Translate client needs and project objectives to both internal teams and external contractors.
- Schedule and lead internal and external meetings for project success and reviews.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, managing any scope changes or challenges.
- Monitor and report on the progress of advertising performance, managing volatility and addressing challenges proactively.
- Strong skills in advertising management functions, including:
- Tracking and analyzing lead volume and cost-per-lead metrics
- Identifying and resolving performance issues in advertising campaigns
- Interpreting and generating detailed performance reports
- Less than 15 min response times during normal business hours either by Slack or email
- Be able to take multiple 30-60 min calls throughout the business day
- Utilize various tools/software such as DataSlayer.ai, ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Account Management (Client Communications, Meetings, Report, Proposals)
- Project Management (Project budgeting, planning, oversight)
- Paid Advertising (specifically Google, LinkedIn, Meta & Bing) (Strategy, Planning, Building, and Optimization)
- Agency experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to think critically and provide insightful recommendations.
- Comfortable working on multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with tools/software such as DataSlayer.ai, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
