Position Overview
As a Senior Brand Designer, your role is pivotal in shaping and refining our visual identity and brand expression, which you’ll be instrumental in translating across various touchpoints—from our marketing website and materials to memorable brand moments in our product experience, and vital internal documents like our brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about bringing new B2B brands to life and telling their stories in a compelling way, ensuring valuable feedback and buy-in from our leadership team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Development

Help develop and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring it is compelling and consistent across all channels.

Develop brand guidelines and standards to guide the creation of marketing materials and digital content.

Work closely with the digital designers and marketing team to design brand assets that are innovative and reflect the brand’s values and objectives.

Manage several creative projects simultaneously with a consistent, steadfast approach.
Design Execution

Utilize design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and layout, to create visually engaging materials.

Employ tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to execute designs for a variety of channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Engage in general art direction for our website design, product UI, and brand campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and expressive presentation of the brand.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Encourage a variety of perspectives and foster strong collaboration within your team by being a role model.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design cohesiveness and alignment with overall brand strategy.

Present concepts and designs to internal leadership, effectively communicating our design vision.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, visual communications, or a similar field; or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within the B2B sector, evidenced by a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in design fundamentals across visual design. Required skillset includes Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud, with Webflow experience highly desirable.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at securing buy-in from leadership teams.

A collaborative spirit, with a history of working effectively with both creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Innovative thinking and meticulous attention to detail, with an enthusiasm for pushing creative boundaries.

Additional experience in motion design, 3D design tools, and AI-experimentation are a bonus.
