We are in need of a experienced and talented Assistant Property Manager, to join our team in Everett, WA
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with resident, staff and community needs
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants
- Assist with property leasing activites
- Manage renewals, delinquencies, move in and outs
- financial management
- Manage and maintain all MPDU and voucher programs
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure property upkeep and maintenance
- Support all administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Assist in sales and negotiation process related to property leasing and maintenance
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Property leasing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a assistant property manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure of deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documents.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure, with or without supervision, for extended periods of time, and in high stress, high pressure environments.
