Job Summary:
HW Eng LV2 is charge of the HW environment setup, identify the related hardware engineering issue, communicate with customers, HQ team and vendors to find the root cause and make product can be delivered on time.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
- Solve the engineering issue timely.
- Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.
- Manage and guide the transition of products into production.
- Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Operate the oscilloscope and Digital multi-meter
- Solder wire and rework PCB board • Check CKT schematic and layout brd file by Allegro tool

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
- Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
- Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
- Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
