About the Job:
The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating/Building new pages using CMS tools (Sanity.IO and AEM) and HTML/CSS
Validate and Interpret page feed using JSON (JavaScript)
Daily updates on the Webpages
End to end testing of webpages which includes component functionality, page responsiveness, user experience, user interface before sending the updates to Live.
Production URL validation for User experience, Design (CSS), content updates
Specialize in AEM and Sanity CMS tools used to design, develop, and implement various components for www.att.com.
Ability to code, deploy and debug in CMS , work with cross functional personalization teams to include the changes for personalization
Drive continuous improvement for the Project Content Implementation team, delivering exceptional digital experience for AT&T's customers.
Excellent organizational, written & oral communication coupled with presentation skills.
Motivated self-reliant worker with the ability to multi-tasks several projects without any difficulty
Experienced with technical development skills, facilitating code reviews, fixes through testing, debugging, performance optimization to promote code quality and maintainability across teams.
Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing success criteria and monitoring product performance.
Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies.
Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders.
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s).
Assigned moderately complex products or product lines.
Experience working on a single technical product or product line.
Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams.
Required Education:
3-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
Experience working with highly technical software products.
CMS preferably Sanity and AEM, Java, JavaScript, DBMS
Our Senior Tech Product Mgr earns between $106,100 - $159,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
