N2 Physical Therapy is seeking an entry level Medical Receptionist to work for our busy and our specialized team of Physical Therapists. We are hiring at our Centennial location, 6909 S. Holly Circle, Suite 100, Centennial CO, 80112. Our top candidate(s) will demonstrate excellent communication skills and autonomy with office operations. We are open to candidates who are only available for part time with the necessary experience, and in need of that flexibility. We are also open to full time candidates.
This is a flexible position and great for a college student wanting to gain exposure to the medical world and outpatient private practice. Hours needed are flexible between 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, depending on hours desired. Benefits at this level of employment include 401-k matching after criteria is met, and sick pay accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked and usable immediately.
We specialize in pelvic health, perinatal, chronic pain and oncology physical therapy. Someone with compassion for people, a strong team presence, and the ability to work well with various personalities is a must. Our ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable and provide excellent customer service. Our Top candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting and a desire to grow medical reception skill sets, leadership skill sets, and medical knowledge to help our clients. We are a very team oriented organization and looking for a candidate with the intention of being long term and growing within the company.
Skills desired:
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Multitasking ability a must
- Working well with others (colleagues, clients)
- Billing and insurance experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Comfortable with google docs and google drive
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Supply management
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's or Technology Degree
- At least two years of training or experience in customer service and office work (within or in addition to the above)
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with constructive feedback to improve processes and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Salary
$17-20 per hour
