SALES MANAGER: Establish and maintain selling alliances

Growing organization is an industrial product manufacturing and equipment services company selling products and services focused on equipment used by the transmission and distribution groups in the electric power industry. The company has deep experience and numerous successes in developing and selling new products to the utility industry.
Job Description:
Sell products and services to the electric utility and large industrial power users.
Sell cost-reduction maintenance services as well as new products to the electric utility industry.
Establish and maintain selling alliances.
Manage manufacturing reps, as needed.
Assist in formulating product line plans and developing new products through customer feedback and needs.
The Ideal Candidate will be:
Self-motivated.
Persistent, but with good judgment.
Willing and able to learn new products and how to present them to customers.
Understanding or willing to learn about the operation of electric utility systems and equipment.
Share our company values and deliver on commitments.
A team player.
Not necessary to locate near company.
Background check required.

And will have:
A BSEE, BSME, or comparable degree.
Experience in the electrical utility industry a plus.
3 years industrial sales experience.
5-10 years minimum proven consultative sales experience.
Ability to travel 25-30%.
Ability to present to large groups, trade shows, etc.
An interest in growing with the company with potential for increased management responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
