Job Description: Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are on the front line of “first impressions” for the company. Salesmanship, efficiency and great service begin with the ringing of the telephone. High quality CSRs are integral to the success of the company
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Greet and assist walk-in clients
- Confirm next day appointments with clients
- Administrative tasks, including, but not limited to: filing; water plants; vending machine stock; process payments/cash receipts; update spreadsheets; scanning documents; order supplies; party preparations; etc.
- Assist co-workers where needed with office related processes
