Job Description
We are looking for Line cooks and Prep cooks. Our line cooks assist our chefs in executing our dishes efficiently and maintaining kitchen standards.
Wage
- Minimum wage for the first 50 hours
- $18 after the first 50 hours of training

Tasks
- Prepare basic components of each dish using predetermined recipes and following presentation specifications
- Ensure that all food prep and storage areas meet cleaning and sanitation standards
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old products based on the restaurant schedule
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a kitchen setting preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry 0~50+ lbs and stand for multiple hours
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
