ASSOCIATE/ ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Position involves Intense Research, propounding discovery, responding to discovery, responding to subpoenas, preparing meet and confer letters to opposing counsel, preparing major complaints, Advanced Discovery, preparing and opposing summary Judgments, Demurrers, Motions, Court appearances , Pre-trial Motions, Daubert Challenges, Trial Preparation and supporting Trial matters, expert witness coordination, contacting experts for assignments, motions . Also an opportunity to attend jury Trials. Excellent writing skills preferred. Communication with opposing counsel, and entities are involved. Personal Injury experience preferred. New Admittees are welcome to apply. Pending Bar Clerks are also welcome to apply his position can lead to an Associate Attorney position in future.
Self-starter. Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Legal experience preferably in the personal injury field. Strong Research and writing skills are essential to this position.
MUST BE A LAW SCHOOL JD CANDIDATE OR MUST BE SEEKING POST-BAR POSITION AWAITING BAR RESULTS OR PASSED THE BAR . CANDIDATES THAT DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
The pay will depend on the level of knowledge and experience.
