Mora & Associates is seeking an office manager with exceptional management skills to take lead of our sales team in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, service and sell Property/Casualty Insurance products: Auto, Home, and Commercial lines and have tax prepping experience or the have the willingness to learn Insurance or Tax services. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations.
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided.
- Offer tax prepping services.
- Work with staff to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Quote, sell, maintain and service Property/Casualty Insurance products. (Auto, Home, Commercial)
- Customize and explain coverages, advantages, and disadvantages to suit individual client needs.
- Identify and utilize appropriate company to meet needs of customers; knowledgeable in all product offerings from available carriers.
- Conduct insurance reviews on existing customers to uncover additional insurance needs, answer questions, submit endorsements to policies promptly.
- Submit completed and accurate paperwork to Underwriting and respond promptly upon request.
- Perform admin tasks, such as maintaining records in database and policy renewals.
- Keep day-to-day activities organized.
- Maintain a safe and clean wok environment.
- Maintain a go-getter attitude.
Qualification/Skill Requirements :
- Fluent Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Effective presentation/persuasion skills
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) (Preferred)
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Proactive in problem solving
- Current Property/Casualty Insurance license (preferred)
- Experience in an office manager capacity (preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
