Compensation: High, uncapped commission with On Target Earnings: $210,000 - $244,000+
Location: Fully remote for U.S. based candidates
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (standard business hours) with some flexibility

Inside Sales Executive Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual for a role with excellent income potential and meaningful impact at the Center for Enlightened Business. Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Selling a variety of services, including a proven existing program and new service offerings
- Warm leads provided along with the expectation to build a pipeline independently
- Supported by Sales Development Rep and Marketing Manager
- Coach small businesses to help them grow
- Exhibit extreme ownership- taking responsibility for results
- Be mission and results driven
- Receive and service inbound as well as outbound sales calls.
- Maintain client relationships and nurture prospects.
- Work closely with marketing, the CEO, and advisory team to implement strategy.
- Cultivate relationships with Professional Associations.
Inside Sales Executive Requirements:
- 4+ years sales experience as a proven top performer
- Flexibility to sell multiple products
- Energized by one call closes (majority of leads have received some prior education)
- Consultative sales process experience
- Emotional intelligence and empathy
- Must be a producer and a closer
- Must be able to produce high ticket sales
- Must have a hunter mentality- self motivated & driven
- History of being a top producer in previous roles
- Working autonomously while participating in team collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Inside Sales Executive Preferred Requirements:
- Launching a new service from the ground up
- Professional Service sales experience
- Pre-existing relationships/contacts are a plus
- Sales management experience a plus – potential to grow into sales leadership
