Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PM Manager to oversee our operations during evening shifts. The PM Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, managing a team of enthusiastic individuals, and upholding Chick-fil-A's high standards of quality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Shift Management: Directing and supervising team members during evening shifts to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Money Handling: Responsible for cash management, including handling deposits and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Key Card Holding: Oversight of security procedures and access control systems.
- Closing Store: Executing closing procedures to ensure the restaurant is properly secured and ready for the next day's operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Positive Attitude: Setting a positive example for the team through your attitude, work ethic, and commitment to Chick-fil-A's core values.
- Coaching Team Members: Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
