Job Summary: As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of Van Alen Media. This position demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a variety of tasks efficiently. You will support day-to-day activities, manage staff, and assist the CEO in all aspects of business and personal life.

Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure efficient business management.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Maintain and organize detailed calendars for business and personal commitments. Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel schedules with precision.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a communication link between the CEO, staff, and external partners. Attend meetings and calls, take detailed notes, and ensure all action items are followed up on.
- Problem-Solving: Handle workplace stress and discrepancies, providing support in high-pressure situations and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks for the CEO, including managing personal appointments and errands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with a young CEO and experience supporting multiple businesses.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Experience in HR and payroll management is a plus.
- Must love dogs.
