Multifamily Research Coordinator & Administrator
Summary:
The Research Coordinator & Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring a job well done on all research projects J Turner Research undertakes. This person ensures projects are completed on time, with no errors, and in a manner that is both impactful and digestible for the end user. The Research Coordinator & Administrator is incredibly accurate and responsible. They are effective at seeing big projects wholistically and breaking them out into steps that they can hold others accountable to. They are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others. They are good at writing/building presentations and are highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
•Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and responsibilities for each research project.
•Create and monitor project steps, ensuring project progress, especially with action items that involve internal and external communication/collaboration
•Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule
•Oversee and manage research budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects remain within allocated resources
•Assist the Director of Research in setting up data collection processes, ensuring strong sample sizes and adherence to desired accuracy standards
Research Support & Reporting
•Assist the Director of Research in developing/writing compelling and insightful reports, presentations, and other communication materials that effectively convey research findings
•Support the Director of Research in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including coordinating focus groups and administering interviews
•Proofread and edit research deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to grammatical and stylistic guidelines
•Translate data from published research reports into clear, concise, and actionable insights for internal and external users
•Find appropriate mediums to deliver each piece of research in ways that make the data clear and impactful
•Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the research team
Industry Leadership
•Support the Director of Research in identifying and evaluating new research opportunities that align with J Turner Research's strategic goals
•Cultivate relationships with key industry players, academic institutions, and thought leaders
•Actively participate in industry conferences, events, and publications to build brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader
•Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the multifamily research landscape.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
