PMI is an Environmental Service company focusing our work in the Energy Industry, specifically upstream oil and gas and has been in the Environmental Business for 20+ years.
PMI's core Environmental Services consist of NORM Remediation, Facility Decommissioning, Pit Closures, Site Restoration, Demolition, Tank Cleaning, and Soil Remediation.
PMI is seeking a Business Development individual with significant experience in the Environmental Services / Remediation industry to pursue work not only in the Upstream segment of the Oil & Gas Industry, but also into the Midstream and Downstream segments of the Industry. PMI also has the resources to perform environmental work for markets other than the oil and gas and would expect this individual to work closely with Operations to develop these markets for PMI. This person will have established relationships with companies and individuals that have the need for Environmental Services.
Responsibilities to Include:
•Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
•Travel frequently throughout assigned territory to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
•Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
•Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
•Continuously improve through feedback
•Report to supervisor a weekly sales activity report
•Coordinate joint PSL customer entertainment and industry events for assigned region
•Operate in a safe manner on behalf of the company following all company policies for safety and conduct
•Be a member of key oilfield professional service groups
•Submit a detailed monthly expense account report to supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
