B3 Enterprises LLC has an immediate opening for a Materiel Coordinator to work in our Customer Support Liaison (CSL) Section within the Supply Management Function at the United States Air Force Academy 10th LRS, Colorado Springs, CO.
This person must have two years of Air Force Equipment Management/Customer Service experience utilizing DPAS. Must also have a current clearance. Experience with DPAS within Army/Navy logistical systems will be considered to meet experience requirements.
Responsibilities for the Materiel Coordinator, Customer Support are to manage the Equipment Accountability program and assist the CSL with responding to customer logistics concerns and proactively anticipate problems that could stand in way of fulfilling mission requirements. Direct Equipment Accountability responsibilities include acting as the base equipment review, authorization activity, and managing all base level equipment items within the LRS APO’s purview IAW DAFI 23-101, except for vehicles. The Materiel Coordinator is responsible for updating base level data in DPAS Master Jacket file and applicable APSR. Other responsibilities include providing equipment management support and guidance to installation equipment custodians with processing equipment transactions IAW DAFI 23-101, originating and managing DPAS Master Custodian Jacket file for each equipment detail on all base DPAS equipment accounts; Inputting and ensuring Chief Financial Officer (CFO) data is loaded in an approved Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) in accordance with Federal Financial Accounting Standards; Managing DPAS equipment transfers; Validating custodial requirement to complete DPAS Block III Computer Based Training (CBT); provide and document initial and annual DPAS inventories.
The Materiel Coordinator, Customer Support must have thorough knowledge of and extensive experience with the use of DPAS and other reports to include Supply Management Report (M32)-Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Inventory Adjustment Register (DPAS M10)-Inventory Adjustment Register (ILS-S M10)-Item Record Listing; DPAS CEMO Metrics Reports; Responsible for monthly DPAS Equipment Inventory distribution; Processing DPAS Equipment Inventory Date of Last Inventory (DOLI) transactions and DPAS transactions and Supporting personnel out processing from the installation.
This is a Union contract with 5 full years of contract left. The Materiel Coordinator wage rate is 28.78/hr with 7.34/hr for H&W benefits. There is escalation of both rates in the out years. H&W money can be used for benefits or 60% cash in lieu of and 40% in 401k. Signing bonus and moving expenses will be considered for that highly qualified individual who would like to work in a great logistics environment at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.
