Customer Service Representative for small e-commerce corporation that promotes US made products in the fire service industry. Seeking an individual who will provide exceptional customer service to our customers. He/she will engage with phone/email customers, enter orders, provide custom quotes, and respond to inquiries/questions/order status in a polite, professional & timely manner. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30am -6:00pm.
Must have excellent phone & computer skills including Excel (Quickbooks a strong plus), organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and a positive, team-player attitude. Salary commensurate with experience. Vacation/sick time and holidays, health Insurance.
