Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Home Cleaning Specialist. Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and rental properties according to established standards and guidelines.
2. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas within the home.
3. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and appliances.
4. Make beds, change linens, and perform other bedroom-related cleaning tasks.
5. Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
6. Handle and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
8. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
9. Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
11. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
12. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality of our cleaning services.
13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
6. Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
7. Reliable transportation to travel to and from cleaning locations.
8. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
9. Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service.
10. Desire to learn and grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities over time.
