Posterity Group is seeking a certified Nurse-Midwife to join us in an award-winning and nationally recognized collaborative environment working in the office and hospital environments at Sutter Medical Center’s Women Health Department. The facility has a Level 1 nursery and offers a full spectrum of labor and delivery options, including low-intervention birth, TOLAC/VBAC, hydrotherapy/water birth, nitrous oxide, anesthesia, and a volunteer doula service. The hospital is expanding, and there is a growing requirement to meet the community's needs. This full-scope position includes obstetrics, family planning, simple gynecology, and group prenatal care. Additional highly desirable skills: maternal mental health, first and third-trimester limited OB ultrasound, cesarean first assist, leadership, support of physiologic labor and birth, and experience with LARC family planning methods.
Minimum requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in women’s health
- Labor & Delivery experience, strongly preferred
