Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DRIVER COURIER
Exela is currently seeking two Customer Service Representative Driver Couriers these positions play a pivotal role in our operations, responsible for the timely and safe transportation of correspondence and materials between specified locations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and professionalism in representing the company. The Driver must adhere to designated timelines while ensuring the integrity of delivered materials and maintaining positive client relationships.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DRIVER COURIER
Assist Customer mail services department in picking up and delivering mail and packages to locations
based on route given that day by the customer. Communicate with customer and mail center on any issues during route or if unable to gain access while completing route.

Job Summary: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DRIVER COURIER
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
· Drive Customer vehicles assigned to employee and be able to drive in a safe manner
· Upon return or if not given a route for that day, employee is to work in the warehouse and perform job duties including but not limited to cleaning, sorting and placing postage on the mail coming in from routes for that day.
· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Key Skills:
· Perform all scheduled and unscheduled pickups and deliveries utilizing customer van.
· Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company safety and traffic regulations/policies.
· Load, unload van as required; make deliveries to receiving docks or inside deliveries if necessary.
· Maintain all applicable logs, delivery tickets, documentation, etc.
· Maintain vehicle in good mechanical condition; notify manager if deficiencies are identified.
· Establish excellent working relationships at all delivery and pickup points.
· Verify and correct mail using available tools.
· Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.
· Perform start-up and operations of postage equipment.
· Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries as needed. Maintain shipping and receiving area as required.
· Cross-train in all service areas and perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have 6 months customer service experience.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time with or without accommodations.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 55lbs or maximum allowed by current state law with or without accommodations.
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and company personnel.
- Must be able to work core hours between 7:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- May be required to work and backfill morning schedule occasionally Preferred Qualifications: Company related driving experience utilizing a commercial vehicle preferred.
Pay Disclosure:
"The pay range for this position is $18.86 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
