Champion Services has an opportunity for a top producer! This position is paid based on commissions earned.
Position Requirements:
- Prior success selling high-ticket HVAC systems and products to residential homeowners in a competitive market.
- Demonstrate that you excel at closing and at selling value above the price.
- Have knowledge of how to build the scope of work for the installation team
- Must present yourself professionally in all ways and at all times.
- Be accountable, and a consistent self-starter.
- Must have prior earnings of at least $120,000.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Additional Employment Requirements:
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Work authorization: United States
- Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Applicants for positions are subject to a new hire drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to present and sell HVAC products and services to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Analyze customer data and preferences to tailor sales pitches and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with customers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
