As the Senior Executive Assistant to the COO, you will be a vital part of our executive team, providing essential support and driving critical projects. What You'll Do:

Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.

Project Management: Assist with and lead various projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making, generate reports, and provide insights that support the COO's strategic initiatives.

Communication Management: Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the COO, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, finance, organizational psychology, or related field, or 5 years experience as Senior EA.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data using Excel, or similar software.

Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

Financial knowledge and proficiency in financial analysis.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

COMPENSATION

Range: $ 82,976.00 - 124,000.00/year
This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.
This range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or other non-monetary compensation which may be included.
