Job Summary: The Spa Manager oversees the spa's operations, including people management, scheduling, membership sales and retention, and achieving goals and KPIs. The Spa Manager will promote the company's brand, have a passion for sales, and drive employees to be their best, most authentic selves.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports by setting expectations, training, and managing employee performance
- Participate in the hiring and training of regional staffing needs
- Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
Primary Job Functions:
- Oversee all aspects of spa operations, with a focus on exceeding membership and sales targets + retail goals
- Promote services to drive upgrades, memberships, and retail sales
- Retain, manage, coach, train, motivate, and develop a team of Estheticians and Guest Experience Specialists
- Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational reporting
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding guest expectations by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to questions and needs
- Maintain a professional and impeccable spa environment
- Foster a sense of community, team, and structure by executing the implementation of policies, procedures, and processes
- Promote and sell Med Spa memberships and retail products to our guests
- Assist the Social Media team by collecting footage
