Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office filing systems both electronically and physically
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Support office management with organizational duties
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls efficiently
- Strong file management skills, both physical and digital
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to assist with event planning activities
- Proficiency in Google Suite for office tasks
- Strong organizational skills to manage office operations effectively
- Previous experience in office management is beneficial
- Comfortable using computerized systems for various tasks
