At Amenity ABA Center, we're on a mission to empower children with diverse abilities to reach their fullest potential. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric RBT to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional behavioral therapy services to our young clients.
About Us:

Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions in a supportive and inclusive environment. We serve children with a wide range of developmental challenges, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language disorders, and more.
The Role:
As a Pediatric RBT, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct one-on-one therapy sessions with children in the ABA center.
- Implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collecting and graphing data to track progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments.
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who are dedicated, empathetic, and eager to make a positive impact. Ideal qualifications include:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
