Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing building systems and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Fabricate and install various components and fixtures as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the building's safety systems, including fire alarms and sprinkler systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Skills:
- Knowledge of boiler systems and ability to perform maintenance and repairs
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to maintain and repair various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Experience with fabricating and installing components and fixtures
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Knowledge of hydraulics and ability to perform maintenance tasks on hydraulic equipment
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication with team members and vendors
- Technical sales skills for sourcing materials and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Experience in industrial maintenance, including welding and other repair techniques
