General Manager

The General Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervising a day-to-day operation.
- Maintain retail inventory
- Manage service staff
- Prepare reports, schedules, and other admin paperwork
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given friendly service.
- Work to achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation of the facility
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
- Understand and implement all company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
- Consistently demonstrate and promote the company culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant/management experience in a full-service establishment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of operations including food, beverage, staff supervision, food safety, service techniques, ordering, inventory, and guest interaction
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions.
- Strong financial and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of POS Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Salary: Up to $55,000 per year (salary depends on experience) plus bonus
