**Full Charge BookKeeper/ Office Manager**
**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge BookKeeper/ Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and files both in physical and digital formats for HOA's
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks : AP/AR, payroll, reporting, some quarterly tax preparation, and assist with budgeting
- Utilize software tools such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, DocuSign for data entry and reporting
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper/ office management or a related role
- Familiarity with financial processes including and reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
