Connexsphere Flow is a Wellness Company. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in helping us engage with our audience and promote our brand through various social media channels.
- Scheduling and Posting: Schedule and post content across all social media platforms using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. Foster a positive community and add value to the user experience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Make recommendations for new strategies and content ideas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the social media manager, marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and effective content strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as organizing content calendars, managing social media files, and coordinating influencer partnerships.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and organizational skills.
